FRONT OF HOUSE TEAM LEADER

full time or part time

You're an experienced hands on leader with high standards, like to drive service while bringing a sense of fun and strong culture to every shift. You're calm under pressure, a strong support to your team and strive for customer satisfaction every time!

What You'll Need

Previous food & beverage leadership experience

Strong people skills & ability to coach, motivate & support your team

Solid knowledge of all things food & beverage including mixology

A valid NSW RSA Certification

Ability to work days, nights and weekends

BAR ATTENDANT

full time or part time





You're an experienced bar professional who likes to add a little theatrical flare into your cocktail making. You know your way around a variety of cocktails, spritzes, Italian & Australian wines and are good with pairing drinks with particularly Italian food.

What You'll Need

Previous bar and mixology experience

Strong customer service experience

Solid knowledge of Italian and Australian wines

A valid NSW RSA Certification

Ability to work days, nights and weekends

A positive, can-do attitude and team spirit
