The role
We’re looking for a reliable kitchen hand who’s ready to get stuck in and provide hands-on support to the kitchen team.
You’ll:
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots and pans.
- Keep kitchen areas, equipment and floors clean.
- Help with basic food prep as directed.
- Help prepare meat and assist with all stages of the slow-smoking process.
- Support the kitchen team during service and keep work areas organised.
- Training will be provided in meat preparation and slow smoking.
What we’re looking for
- Reliability and punctuality.
- A practical approach and willingness to help.
- Transparent communication and the ability to work with the team.
- Willingness to follow instructions and food hygiene and safety procedures.
