?? Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents
Conduct clinical assessments and monitor residents' health
Administer medications and treatments as required
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care plans
Work collaboratively with care staff, families and other healthcare professionals
Respond appropriately to changes in residents' health conditions
Follow aged care policies, procedures and quality standards
? Requirements
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Previous aged care experience preferred
Robust clinical and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-focused care
