Relay Team Member – Planogram Implementation About the Role/n Strikeforce is seeking Relay Team Members to implement new planograms across the grocery sector. You will work independently or as part of a team, depending on project requirements, and demonstrate flexibility to meet allocated timeframes. /n All planogram work is completed during standard trading hours — no weekends or night work. What Is a Planogram?/n A planogram is a visual guide outlining how products are positioned on retail shelves to ensure consistency, compliance, and optimal sales performance.
Key Responsibilities/n /n
- Read and accurately follow planogram (POG) guides
/n
- Implement new in-store planogram layouts
/n
- Adjust shelving and merchandise stock as required
/n
- Identify and escalate any in-store issues
/n
- Ensure ticketing compliance and adherence to Relay standards
/n
- Always follow safe work practices
/n
- Complete accurate reporting via company app
/n Skills & Requirements/n /n
- Current driver’s licence and reliable, roadworthy vehicle
/n
- Physically fit (lifting, moving stock, prolonged standing)
/n
- Solid attention to detail and time management skills
/n
- Own smart device for reporting
/n
- Flexible availability to support coverage and additional work
/n
- Positive, reliable, and proactive attitude
