All Earthmoving Parts is looking for a reliable, motivated Sales Assistant to join our growing business. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical or machinery knowledge, or someone with a genuine interest in learning about the industry.

We're a small, supportive workplace where you'll have the prospect to develop current skills, build product knowledge and grow alongside the business. No previous experience in earthmoving parts is necessary, as full training will be provided.

About the Role

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer emails.

- Assisting walk-in customers with their purchases and enquiries.

- Receiving and putting away incoming stock.

- Picking, packing and invoicing customer orders.

- Maintaining a clean, organised and presentable store.

- Learning about our products and assisting customers with their parts requirements.

As your confidence and product knowledge develop, there may also be opportunities to learn how to manufacture hydraulic hoses in-store. Full training will be provided for this aspect of the role.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, organised and takes pride in their work.

- Friendly and comfortable communicating with customers.





- Willing to learn and develop their mechanical and product knowledge.

- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.

- Able to work independently, use their initiative and manage daily tasks.

- Happy performing routine and repetitive tasks as part of their daily responsibilities.

Mechanical, automotive, agricultural or earthmoving machinery knowledge would be highly regarded, but a willingness to learn and a positive attitude are just as important.

Please note that this is a hands-on role involving a mix of customer service, stock handling and order processing. Once you're confident in the position, you'll be expected to work independently on most days, with support available from the wider team when needed.
