The Company A well-established leader in the construction sector, specialise in the sale, hire, and servicing of industrial and construction machinery. Due to recent changes, they are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Specialist to join their team.

The Role

Working as the Business Development Manager you will be responsible for identifying opportunities and developing and managing solid business relationships. This is a varied role involving both showrroom sales as well as on the road. Reporting to the business owner this will be an integral role to support the business through their next stage of growth and continued success.

The Responsibilities

- Meeting set sales targets
- Managing online product listings and responding to all enquiries
- Identifying leads and capitalising on opportunities




- Developing strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Managing showroom processes and sales
- Effectively managing your time through cold calling and client visits
- Creating value propositions for clients

The Requirements

- Proven experience in a similar role
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- High level of communication and excellent ability to build and maintain relationships
- Strong sales with exceptional drive and motivation
