We run outbound cold-calling and SDR teams, customer support desks, virtual assistants and back-office operations for companies that want skilled, reliable teams without the cost of hiring in-house.

We're hiring a Business Development Executive to bring new B2B clients to Master Artists. You'll find and approach decision-makers, run discovery conversations and close deals, while our operations team handles onboarding and delivery. Every client you close earns you commission on their first payment and on every monthly payment for a full year.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Identify and approach companies that need outsourced sales, SDR, customer support or back-office teams
- Book and lead meetings with decision-makers (founders, Heads of Sales, COOs, CX leaders)
- Present Master Artists' services, coordinate proposals and close deals
- Keep your pipeline up to date and report progress weekly
- Represent Master Artists professionally in every client conversation
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in BPO, outsourcing,
SaaS or agency services
- A strong network or prospecting skills in [target markets]
- Confidence engaging C-level and senior decision-makers
- Excellent English; additional languages are a plus
- Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable working remotely
COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
▸ Month 1 – Probation (commission-based)
- 25% of each new client's first payment
- 10% of every monthly payment from that client for their first year
▸ After probation – Fixed salary + commission
Executives who pass probation move to a fixed monthly salary of up to USD 1,000, increasing based on performance, plus commission on every client closed.
Minimum target to keep the fixed salary: 2 closed clients per month.
▸ Commission tiers (per month)
- 2–4 clients → 25% of 1st payment + 10% monthly for 1 year
- 5–9 clients → 35% of 1st payment + 10% monthly for 1 year
- 10+ clients → 50% of 1st payment + 10% monthly for 1 year
