Working hours: Monday–Thursday, 8am–5pm; Friday, 8am–4pm

Choice Bathroom & Kitchen Supplies has built a reputation for supplying quality products and exceptional service to builders, designers, and homeowners. We’re seeking an organised, motivated, and sales-focused Sales & Logistics Coordinator to support our customers and coordinate our day-to-day warehousing and logistics operations.

The position will be based predominantly at our Pakenham location. The successful applicant must also be available to attend and oversee relevant operations at our Springvale location as required.

Working closely with our team across both locations, you’ll help customers with product selections, build strong client relationships, and ensure stock and deliveries are managed efficiently. We take pride in providing a welcoming showroom environment, professional advice, and personalised support.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Customer Service

- Understand and work towards sales targets.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with assigned accounts.
- Assist retail customers in person and over the phone.
- Provide qualified advice and help customers select suitable products.
- Prepare accurate quotes and follow up on customer enquiries.
- Coordinate customer orders and deliveries, keeping customers informed of progress.

Warehousing and Inventory

- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across both locations.
- Coordinate and track stock transfers between Pakenham and Springvale.
- Place timely, accurate stock orders, taking advantage of suitable supplier offers.
- Process and lodge supplier credits promptly and accurately.




- Ensure all stock receipting is completed within 24 hours.
- Reconcile the supplier inwards register and follow up on discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.

Logistics

- Coordinate daily order picking, dispatch, and delivery scheduling.
- Work closely with the team across both locations to ensure deliveries run smoothly.
- Coordinate company vehicle cleaning and servicing to ensure vehicles are ready for use.
- Communicate stock shortages, delivery delays, and operational issues to management promptly.
- Identify and recommend improvements to daily processes.

Skills and Experience

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, warehousing, or logistics.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence assisting customers and building relationships.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail when preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining stock records.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and the ability to learn sales and inventory management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work across both Pakenham and Springvale, with Pakenham as the primary base.
