We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Bookkeeper Trainee to join our team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to gain practical workplace experience while completing a nationally recognised Certificate III qualification in bookkeeping and accounting .

No previous experience is required. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a solid work ethic.

Junior Bookkeeper Trainee (Entry-Level) Start Your Career in Bookkeeping About the Role

As a Junior Bookkeeper Trainee, you will receive on-the-job training and mentoring while learning the day-to-day responsibilities of a bookkeeping professional. You will work alongside experienced team members and develop valuable skills that can lead to a rewarding career in finance and business administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Processing invoices and purchase orders
- Data entry and maintaining financial records
- Assisting with bank reconciliations




- Filing and organising financial documentation
- Supporting payroll administration
- Responding to basic client and supplier enquiries
- Learning bookkeeping software and accounting processes
- Providing general administrative support to the finance team

About You

We are looking for someone who:

- Has a genuine interest in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance
- Is eager to learn and develop new skills
- Has strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Possesses good written and verbal communication skills
- Has basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Is reliable, motivated, and professional
- Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team
