As an Aftermarket Consultant - Wear, you will develop and execute aftermarket strategies for Wear across Australia, Current Zealand and Japan, supporting Dealers and Aftermarket Services Representatives (ASRs) to drive Sales to Users (STU) growth.
You will develop regional go-to-market strategies and programs, identify growth opportunities and help strengthen dealer capability across undercarriage (UC) and ground engaging tools (GET).
This role is a key interface between regional sales teams, industry teams, global service support, Product Groups and Dealers. You will serve as a regional subject-matter expert for the Wear business, translating market, dealer and customer insights into practical commercial strategies and solutions.
You will also work with senior management and cross-functional partners to develop regional growth plans, merchandising programs and dealer initiatives that support long-term aftermarket growth.
