We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join a major enterprise-wide data transformation program, supporting the delivery of a new cloud-based data platform and broader data capability uplift.
This is a hands-on role suited to a Scrum Master who has worked across data platforms, data migration or complex technology transformation programs and are comfortable balancing Agile delivery with detailed longer-term planning.
The role
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support sprint delivery
- Manage user stories and help teams resolve blockers, risks and issues
- Support detailed planning across sprints, milestones and deliverables
- Work closely with Project Managers,
Product Owners and technology and business stakeholders
- Coach teams and drive continuous improvement
What we’re looking for
- 4+ years’ Scrum Master experience
- Data project, data platform and/or data migration experience
- Financial services or regulated industry experience is desirable
- Strong IT delivery experience and understanding of the SDLC
- Excellent planning, facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to get into the detail
Australian Citizenship is mandatory for this role.
