Duties and Responsibilities

Depending on the role and site requirements, your responsibilities may include:

- Delivering professional security services and exceptional customer service.
- Conducting patrols, monitoring premises and maintaining a safe environment.
- Managing access control and monitoring site entry and exit points.




- Responding to emergencies, alarms and security incidents.
- Identifying, assessing and reporting potential security risks.
- Preparing accurate incident reports and maintaining security records.
- Assisting clients, staff, visitors and members of the public.
- Following site-specific procedures, security protocols and workplace safety requirements.

Key Selection Criteria We Are Interested In Candidates Who Demonstrate

- A current and valid Victorian Security Licence appropriate to the role.
- Current First Aid and CPR qualifications, where required.
- Previous security industry experience, with retail or corporate security experience highly regarded.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A skilled presentation and a strong customer service focus.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong situational awareness, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays, depending on operational requirements.
