Jaecoo Wollongong is seeking a driven and experienced Selling Sales Manager to join our talented sales team.
As the Selling Sales Manager, you will have a chance to be a part of a new brand from the ground up, shaping its future.
This position would be suited to a highly motivated self-starter with a passion for developing a team to deliver customer sales and service introductions to achieve excellence by going that extra mile. With strong interpersonal skills, you will be proactive in establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships whilst growing the dealership’s customer base. The ability to interact with customers on varied online media platforms is essential to this role!
What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute effective sales plans and campaigns to generate leads and convert them into sales
- Foster a positive, customer-centric sales culture within the team
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends and competitor activities
- Analyse sales data and provide actionable insights to continuously improve performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Develop a high-performing team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training and motivation to help them excel
- Set and monitor sales targets for the team, implementing strategies to consistently meet or exceed goals
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a sales manager or in a similar leadership role within the automotive industry
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills,
with a track record of consistently exceeding targets
- Strong coaching and mentoring abilities to develop and motivate a sales team
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, including product features, pricing and competitor landscape
- Exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to build long-lasting relationships
- Proficient in data analysis and using sales metrics to drive decision-making
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and cross-functional teams
