About the role
At SunRice, we're embarking on one of the most significant transformation journeys in our history. As we continue to evolve our systems, processes and ways of working, we're looking for an experienced Senior Change Manager to help shape how change is delivered, experienced and embedded across our global business.
Reporting to the Transformation Director, you'll lead the people side of change across major enterprise transformation initiatives, partnering with leaders across the business to ensure change is understood, embraced and successfully adopted. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to influence not only a major transformation program, but also how change is delivered, adopted and sustained across SunRice into the future.
You'll be equally comfortable developing enterprise-wide change strategies as you are rolling up your sleeves to deliver them, engaging everyone from frontline and shift-based employees through to senior executives and the Board. Along the way, you'll help define and uplift SunRice's change capability, creating the playbooks, tools,
frameworks and governance that will shape how change is communicated, delivered and embedded across the organisation for years to come.
If you're passionate about building capability, embedding lasting change and leaving a legacy in a complex, purpose-led organisation, this is a rare opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Starting part-time and scaling to full-time as the Transformation program develops, this role suits an experienced change professional who wants to shape the change agenda from the outset and grow with the programme.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and lead enterprise-wide change strategies that support major transformation initiatives and long-term business adoption.
- Establish and uplift organisational change capability through practical tools, frameworks, playbooks and governance that create a consistent approach to change across SunRice.
- Lead change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications and business readiness activities to support successful adoption.
- Partner with program and project teams to integrate change, communications, training and adoption activities into delivery plans.
- Coach and influence executives, people leaders and project teams to strengthen change leadership capability and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop meaningful measures of readiness,
adoption and change success, using insights to refine and improve outcomes.
- Engage and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholder groups, from frontline and shift-based employees through to senior executives and the Board.
- Apply a global lens to change initiatives, ensuring approaches can be scaled across locations, functions and teams.
About you You're an experienced change leader who has successfully delivered large-scale transformation programs and understands how to build lasting organisational capability, not just manage change within a project.
You know how to build credibility quickly, influence at senior levels and translate complex change into clear, practical actions that resonate with all audiences
- Significant experience leading change within large-scale transformation, ERP/SAP-enabled transformation or enterprise-wide programs.
- Experience working across diverse stakeholder groups, from frontline and shift-based workforces through to executive and Board-level audiences.
- Strong capability in change strategy, stakeholder engagement, communications, training and business readiness.
- Proven experience developing change artefacts, frameworks, methodologies and governance practices.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Outstanding communication, facilitation and influencing skills.
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, supply chain, agribusiness or similarly complex operational environments will be highly regarded.
- PROSCI, APMG or similar change management certification is advantageous.
