Role: Senior Azure Integration Lead

Duration: 6 months (possible extension)

Location: Sydney (2 days in office and 3 days remote)

Max salary : AU$ 180K (all incl) based on FTE

Role Overview: Senior Azure Integration Lead Engineer (12 years plus experience) to design, develop, and manage enterprise-grade integration solutions using Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in APIs, Azure Integration Services, networking fundamentals (IP, ports, protocols), solution architecture, and the ability to engage effectively with senior business and technical stakeholders.

This role requires a combination of hands-on technical delivery, architectural thinking, stakeholder management, and consulting capabilities to support complex digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design scalable, secure, and resilient integration solutions on Microsoft Azure.





- Develop integration architectures leveraging Azure API Management, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus

- Define API strategies, integration patterns, and governance standards.

- Diagnose connectivity issues involving ports, routing, network access, and hybrid connectivity scenarios

- Work closely with infrastructure and security teams to ensure secure integrations.

- Lead technical implementation of enterprise integration projects.

- Support CI/CD implementation using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

- Collaborate with architects, business leaders, project managers, and vendor teams.

- Present architecture recommendations and integration strategies to senior stakeholders.

- Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security and governance standards.
