The Role:

As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll be part of a collaborative team of technology professionals working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and external partners to analyse business needs, design practical solutions and deliver successful outcomes. While you'll have ownership of your own initiatives, you'll also contribute to shared projects where the team work together to solve complex challenges and deliver outcomes for the business.

You'll support and enhance ARB's JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environment alongside a range of digital platforms including point-of-sale systems, warehouse mobility applications, eCommerce platforms, system integrations and emerging AI-driven solutions. This is a genuine hands-on role where you'll be actively involved in every stage of delivery.



Beyond facilitating workshops and defining requirements, you'll analyse processes, document solutions, support system configuration, participate in testing, troubleshoot issues and work directly with users to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Key responsibilities:

- Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand challenges, analyse processes and deliver practical technology solutions.
- Lead requirements gathering, business analysis and solution design activities across enterprise applications, digital platforms and integrations.
- Support and enhance JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and related business systems to optimise performance and business outcomes.
- Actively contribute to delivery activities including requirements documentation, process mapping, solution validation, testing, issue resolution, implementation support and user adoption.
- Investigate complex business and system issues, identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation and operational efficiency.
- Identify and deliver innovative solutions, including eCommerce, integration and emerging AI technologies, that support ARB's strategic growth objectives.
- Collaborate closely with fellow Business Analysts, developers and business stakeholders, contributing to both individual and team-based projects to achieve successful business outcomes,

About You:

- 7+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or similar role supporting enterprise business systems.
- Strong business process analysis,



requirements gathering and solution design skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical outcomes.
- Experience working across ERP, digital platforms, system integrations and business-critical applications.
- Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives through testing, implementation, change management and user adoption.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business.
- Exposure to JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, eCommerce platforms, process automation or AI-driven solutions will be highly regarded.
