Senior Contract Administrator – Sports Club Project 6-Month Contract | Procurement Focus | ASAP Start An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join a construction team delivering a sports club project.

This is an initial 6-month contract, ideal for a commercially strong Senior CA who can hit the ground running and provide immediate support to the project team, with a particular focus on procurement and subcontractor packages.

If you're an experienced Contract Administrator who enjoys taking ownership of commercial processes and working in a fast-paced project setting, this could be an excellent opportunity.

The Role Working closely with the project team, you'll play a key role in managing procurement activities and ensuring subcontractor packages are secured efficiently and in line with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage procurement activities across multiple trade packages.
- Prepare and review scopes of work, tender documentation and subcontractor packages.
- Obtain, evaluate and compare subcontractor and supplier quotations.
- Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Prepare tender comparisons and procurement recommendations.
- Administer subcontract agreements and manage commercial documentation.
- Assist with variations,



progress claims and cost reporting as required.
- Work closely with the Project Manager and wider team to maintain procurement schedules and project budgets.
- Identify commercial risks and opportunities to achieve cost efficiencies.

About You
- Proven experience as a Senior Contract Administrator within commercial construction.
- Strong procurement and subcontractor package management experience.
- Confident negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, commercial processes and cost control.
- Excellent communication, organisational and negotiation skills.
- Able to work autonomously and contribute immediately to the project team.
- Available to start ASAP.
