We’re growing fast in Australia, and early next year we’re moving into our newly designed office in Sumner. To match that growth, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Finance Broker to join our high-performing team.

The Role
- Manage a strong pipeline of customer enquiries from first conversation through to settlement
- Assess customer needs and structure tailored finance solutions across our lender panel
- Build long-term customer and referral relationships that drive repeat business
- Consistently deliver against individual and team sales targets
- Bring your experience to a high-performing team and help lift the standard around you

About You
- Proven experience as a Finance Broker, ideally in asset, vehicle or consumer finance
- Experience as a Business Manager or in a car dealership F&I; role
- A track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Solid knowledge of lender policy, credit assessment and the application-to-settlement process
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- High attention to detail and strong time management
- A motivated, results-driven mindset and a long-term view of your career in finance
