About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Senior Finance Manager will play a key role in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making and delivering projects across the Australian business. Working closely with senior finance and operational stakeholders, responsibilities will include:

- Partnering with business leaders to provide commercial insights and support strategic decisions.

- Driving financial planning, forecasting and performance analysis to support profitable growth.

- Leading finance projects, process improvements and transformation initiatives.

- Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, profitability and financial performance.

- Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to influence business outcomes.

- Supporting financial governance, reporting and internal controls.

The position offers broad commercial exposure and the chance to develop the capabilities required for future senior finance leadership roles.

About You

We are seeking a commercially minded finance professional with strong analytical capability, stakeholder engagement skills and the ambition to progress into senior leadership. You will bring:

- Master’s degree or MBA qualification, a requirement for global mobility within the business.





- International mobility is a mandatory requirement for this position and a key component of Hilti's pathway into future senior finance leadership roles. Your genuine interest in international career opportunities, with the flexibility to relocate globally as part of your long-term career development.

- Experience in FP&A;, commercial finance, finance business partnering or financial controlling.

- Strong financial analysis, forecasting and commercial decision-support capability.

- Demonstrated experience delivering projects, improving processes or driving business change.

- Confidence engaging with and influencing senior stakeholders.

- CA/CPA qualifications advantageous.
