Senior MSI Project Lead - Digital Health / Hospital Infrastructure

About the Opportunity

Aspirante is seeking experienced Master Systems Integration (MSI) Project Leads to support a major Queensland hospital infrastructure and digital transformation program.

These opportunities involve working across significant hospital construction and expansion projects, ensuring digital technologies, infrastructure, clinical systems and operational requirements are effectively coordinated throughout delivery, commissioning and go-live.

We are looking for highly capable ICT project delivery professionals who understand the complexities of both digital healthcare environments and major capital infrastructure projects.

You will work within an established delivery framework, collaborating with digital program leadership, hospital stakeholders, construction contractors and technical delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the specification and coordination of digital work packages across hospital infrastructure projects.

- Work with stakeholders to define scope, deliverables, responsibilities, dependencies and acceptance criteria.

- Oversee work package delivery, ensuring progress against agreed milestones and project requirements.

- Coordinate integration activities across digital infrastructure, clinical applications, ICT systems and construction delivery teams.

- Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies and delivery constraints.

- Monitor technical testing,



system integration and commissioning readiness.

- Coordinate digital commissioning and go-live readiness activities, including completion of required assurance and compliance checks.

- Prepare project status reports, dashboards and governance updates.

- Work autonomously within established program processes, templates and reporting frameworks.

- Support digital program leadership and key stakeholders in achieving project milestones.

About You

You will be an experienced Senior ICT Project Manager, Digital Delivery Lead or MSI professional with a demonstrated background delivering complex technology initiatives.

Essential experience:

- Extensive ICT project or program management experience.

- Strong understanding of digital health technologies and healthcare ICT environments.

- Experience working on major hospital construction, redevelopment or capital infrastructure projects.

- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple delivery stakeholders and complex work packages.

- Strong experience managing integration dependencies, risks, issues and project reporting.

- Experience supporting ICT commissioning, testing and operational readiness.

- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and governance skills.

- Ability to work independently and deliver outcomes within established program frameworks.





Highly desirable:

- Previous experience with Queensland Health, eHealth Queensland or Hospital and Health Services.

- Experience performing Master Systems Integrator, Systems Integration Lead or Digital Commissioning Lead responsibilities.

- Familiarity with hospital construction environments and Managing Contractor arrangements.

- Experience coordinating clinical systems, ICT infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity and digital commissioning.

- Relevant project management certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent.
