This is NOT a kitchen hand role We’re looking for a Senior Line Cook / Kitchen Lead — or someone with solid kitchen experience who is ready to step up into that role.

You might already be running services, or you might be an experienced cook, chef or culinary student currently working in a commercial kitchen and looking for your next step.

We’re happy to train the right person into the leadership side of the role.

The role

- Run busy lunch and dinner services
- Work across grill, fryer, assembly and prep
- Manage ticket flow and keep service moving
- Maintain quality, consistency and presentation
- Support and train junior cooks
- Keep prep, stock and cleaning organised
- Communicate clearly with FOH and the kitchen team

What we’re looking for YYou need a solid commercial kitchen foundation, but you don’t need to arrive as a fully developed kitchen manager.

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Fast and organised
- Calm under pressure
- Reliable and clean
- Quick to learn
- Strong at prioritising




- Comfortable taking responsibility
- Keen to develop leadership skills

Burger, grill, fryer or high-volume casual dining experience is highly valued. If you can cook, handle a busy service and want more responsibility, we can teach you the rest.

Roster & Pay

$34–$38/hr + super on weekday + weekend penalty rates , depending on experience and ability.

We operate Tuesday to Sunday, with evening and weekend availability significant. Ideally, you’ll be available for at least 3–4 days per week.

You must already have legal Australian work rights. Visa sponsorship is not available.
