The Role:

- Handling landlord and tenant communication

- Coordinating maintenance and follow-ups

- Managing rental arrears





- Overseeing leasing alongside directors

- Working closely with Assistant PM and offshore VA

- Maintaining strong client relationships and repeat business

- Supporting the growth of the portfolio and wider business

The Candidate:

- Current QLD Real Estate Registration (essential)

- Experienced Property Manager confident managing a portfolio independently

- Strong organisational and time management skills

- Proactive, personable, and team-oriented

- Comfortable working in a boutique, collaborative environment

- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
