About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, Claims and Client Experience, you will manage a portfolio of property claims from allocation through to resolution, conducting both desktop and onsite assessments across a diverse range of insured assets, including:

- Farm buildings and infrastructure
- Agricultural machinery and equipment
- Commercial property assets
- Rural and agricultural risks

You'll provide expert technical assessments, prepare loss adjusting reports, engage with builders and technical specialists, and negotiate practical settlement outcomes that balance client needs with sound commercial decision-making.

What You'll Bring

- 10+ years' experience in property insurance claims and/or loss adjusting
- Strong technical knowledge of property damage, construction and reinstatement
- Experience conducting onsite and desktop property assessments
- Excellent policy interpretation and claims management skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation capabilities
- High level report writing and investigation skills




- Current Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to travel as required

Highly Regarded

- Agricultural, farm or rural insurance claims experience
- ANZIIF, AICLA or equivalent qualifications
- Experience managing large or complex property losses
- Guidewire or similar claims management system experience
