Your day-to-day:
- Working across service and project-based HVAC work
- Diagnosing faults and delivering effective solutions
- Interpreting plans and carrying out high-quality installations
- Supporting and mentoring apprentices and junior techs
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Representing the business professionally on-site
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
- Has ARCTick & Restricted Electrical Licence
- Has solid experience across both service and install work
- Can work independently and take ownership on-site
- Takes pride in quality workmanship and problem-solving
- Has a proactive, “get it done right” attitude
Requirements:

✔ Driver’s Licence
