Primary Objective: As part of the school leadership team, provide innovative leadership and management in developing and implementing initiatives, strategies and programs to support students’ pathways to employment. The senior teacher will facilitate the development of stakeholder and organisational connections and implementation of community partnerships to deliver engaging teaching and learning programs that develop and sustain robust levels of communication between the school, families, community and industry in Maningrida to improve opportunities for the development of skills and experience of students in understanding careers and pathways post schooling.
