Donalda Motor Service is looking for a reliable and organised person to join our team in Maffra as a Service Receptionist.
The role involves being the first point of contact for customers, booking vehicles in for servicing and repairs, answering phone calls and helping the workshop run smoothly each day.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, can manage a busy workload and is happy to be part of a team. Experience in the automotive industry would be an advantage, but it’s not essential, as training will be provided.
Key responsibilities
- Greeting customers and assisting with their enquiries.
- Booking vehicles in for servicing and repairs.
- Answering phone calls and managing customer enquiries.
- Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicles.
- Recording customer and vehicle details accurately.
- Processing payments and handling invoices.
- Working with the workshop team to keep jobs organised and running smoothly.
- Maintaining service records and general administration.
- Assisting with customer concerns when needed.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in reception, administration or customer service.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- A friendly and helpful approach when dealing with customers.
- Good attention to detail and basic computer skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- Reliability and a willingness to learn.
- The ability to work well as part of a team.
Automotive experience is preferred but not essential. We’re happy to provide training to the right person.
