City of Mandurah is seeking an experienced Building and Community Facilities Specialist to join Built & Natural Setting in Regional WA. This permanent, full‑time role (Level 7) focuses on building asset management, condition assessment and renewal planning to ensure the long‑term performance of the City’s facilities.

You will analyse asset condition, undertake inspections and interpret reports to develop prioritised renewal programs.
