Job Description

Join e&s; as a Store Manager and take full ownership of a high-performing showroom environment. You’ll lead a passionate team, drive commercial performance and ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience when designing their kitchen, bathroom or laundry.

This is a key leadership role where you’ll set the tone for culture, performance and customer experience. We’ll support you with strong training, systems and a team-oriented leadership team, along with a competitive remuneration package and genuine career progression opportunities.

This role involves:

- Leading the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the showroom.
- Developing, coaching and inspiring a high-performing sales and support team.
- Driving sales, service and operational excellence to achieve store targets.
- Ensuring a seamless customer journey from consultation through to installation and follow-up.
- Overseeing inventory, order management, supplier coordination and showroom presentation.
- Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Creating a positive,



accountable and high-energy team culture.
- Identifying opportunities to improve performance, processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Proven leadership experience in retail, showroom, sales, hospitality or a similar customer-driven environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sales and operational outcomes.
- A hands-on leader who leads from the front and sets clear expectations.
- Ability to coach, develop and elevate team performance.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance people, process and performance.
- High energy, resilience and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels.
