The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to advance its vision and create lasting community impact. Reporting to the Board, the CEO will lead strategy, people, operations, and finances while building partnerships across community, philanthropic, business, and government sectors. Key responsibilities include growing the endowment through recent giving and funding partnerships, overseeing grantmaking and community research initiatives, and advising the Board on governance, performance, and risk.
The CEO will champion community-led solutions and turn shared priorities into meaningful, measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring accomplished leadership experience in organizational management, governance,
financial oversight, and stakeholder engagement. They will be skilled at building trusted relationships, communicating clearly, navigating complexity, and inspiring a capable, values-driven team around a shared purpose.
Experience in philanthropy, grantmaking, community foundations, or related fields is highly regarded. A strong commitment to regional communities and community-led change is essential.
