OUR COMPANY:
Quick Fix Mobiles is a mobile phone and electronics repair and retail business based in Parramatta, Western Sydney. It repairs devices, sells refurbished phones and accessories, and offers spare parts. Its website also advertises online sales and in-store collection.
What You’ll Do:
· Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing retail team
· Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth business flow
· Drive sales and profitability through effective merchandising and promotions
· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers
· Ensure exceptional customer experiences
· Implement company policies and maintain compliance
· Set pricing, buying plans,
and marketing strategies
· Promote products and run in-store advertising
· Plan and manage the store’s budget
The ideal candidate should have:
·Proven experience (1-2 years) in retail management
·Strong leadership and communication skills
·Commercial mindset with a focus on achieving KPIs
·Ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace
·Knowledge of computer skills and inventory management tools
·Problem-solver with a can-do attitude
·Australian Working Rights
·Relevant Education (preferred but not essential)
