Ideally, you will demonstrate: • Extensive Agribusiness or Commercial Banking experience managing complex, high-value portfolios. • Advanced credit assessment, financial analysis, lending structuring and risk management skills. • Proven business development success and solid agricultural or regional industry networks. • Excellent relationship management,



negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills. • Demonstrated coaching or mentoring experience, with a genuine interest in people leadership. • Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, finance or a related discipline.
