Appoint Recruit is proud to partner with Anaman, part of the FKG Group, to appoint a Senior Project Manager based in Milton, Brisbane.

Anaman provides modular building and workforce accommodation solutions, with an offering spanning project development, construction, camp operations and eventual demobilisation.

This integrated approach brings together buildings, civil works, services and operational requirements. By connecting construction with the day-to-day operation of completed facilities, Anaman understands how its solutions perform in practice and the needs of the people who use them.

About the Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you’ll take ownership of major construction projects while leading the project management and design team. You’ll oversee program, budgets, procurement, contracts and delivery, working closely with pre-construction, operations and other business functions.

Alongside your project responsibilities, you’ll help strengthen delivery practices across the team. This includes establishing explicit handovers, practical project controls, reliable cost reporting and consistent close-out processes, with particular attention to the transition from tender award into construction.

Duties

- Lead designated projects from pre-construction handover through construction, commissioning, practical completion and close-out.
- Manage programs, resources, budgets, cost forecasts, procurement and commercial performance.
- Lead the project management and design team,



coordinating building installation, civil works and services interfaces.
- Oversee contracts, variations, claims, subcontractor performance and client relationships.
- Strengthen project controls, reporting and handovers while maintaining safety, quality and risk oversight.

Skills and Experience

- Demonstrated construction project management experience, including substantial commercial projects delivered through completion.
- Strong capability across programming, cost control, forecasting, procurement and contract administration.
- Experience leading people, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing clients, consultants and subcontractors.
- Evidence of improving project systems, reporting or handovers; modular and workforce accommodation experience highly regarded.
- A relevant degree, current driver’s licence, and PMP certification advantageous.
