What you will be doing:

- Support the repair and rebuild of reduction cells and associated heavy industrial assets
- Repairing and rebuilding reduction cells following end of service life
- Aluminium bus bar welding and structural steel welding
- Gas cutting and aluminium lancing
- General workshop equipment servicing and fabrication
- Working within site safety procedures and permit-to-work systems

What you will need:

- Yellow Medical - No history of asthma/lung issues
- Boilermaker trade qualification
- Construction White Card
- Confined Space & Working at Heights qualifications
- Welding qualifications & demonstrated aluminium / steel welding experience
- Gas cutting competency & demonstrated lancing experience
- Previous experience at a smelter, refinery or heavy industrial operations will be highly regarded,



along with workshop maintenance and shutdown experience
- Additional desirable tickets include Dogging, Basic Rigging, Forklift, EWP, First Aid and Fire Extinguisher Training
