ServiceNow Trainer / Training Consultant | Contract

Location: Anywhere in Australia

What you’ll be doing

- Develop ServiceNow training materials, user guides and supporting documentation
- Create clear, practical learning content tailored to different user groups
- Deliver ServiceNow training sessions to client users
- Facilitate workshops, demonstrations and user enablement sessions
- Translate ServiceNow functionality and processes into easy-to-understand training content
- Work with project stakeholders and SMEs to ensure training aligns with the solution being delivered
- Update training materials as the platform and processes evolve
- Support user adoption and readiness throughout the rollout

What we’re looking for

- Previous experience in training, learning & development, change or user enablement
- Exposure to ServiceNow projects or environments
- Robust experience developing training documentation, user guides or learning materials




- Confident facilitating training sessions for business users
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Comfortable working in a project-based client environment

You don’t necessarily need to be a ServiceNow developer or deeply technical specialist. We’re particularly interested in people who can understand the platform, create effective learning materials and confidently train users. Why consider this role?
