We're looking for an IT-minded service technician to own the installation, integration and support of our imaging systems. You'll install CBCT, OPG and intraoral systems for Dental Concepts and support digital radiography and imaging software for MedVet Concepts. As part of our service team, you'll also maintain and repair dental chairs, autoclaves and other clinic equipment, so no two weeks are the same.
If you enjoy solving network and software problems, like working with your hands and want to help people feel confident with their technology, this role is for you.
Key responsibilities
- Install and commission CBCT and digital imaging systems
- Configure imaging software, DICOM, PACS and practice management integrations
- Build workstations and set up clinic networks
- Maintain and repair dental chairs, autoclaves, compressors and suction systems
- Provide remote and on-site support to dental and veterinary clinics
- Train clinic teams so they get the most from their equipment
About you
- 3+ years in IT support, ideally field or managed services
- Solid networking and Windows skills
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude and a willingness to learn equipment servicing
- Clear communication with non-technical people
- A calm, methodical approach and pride in doing the job properly
- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel regionally
- Experience with dental or veterinary imaging, DICOM, PACS or dental equipment servicing is a bonus but not essential
