Chargrill Charlie's Marrickville is looking for Shift Supervisors to be join the management team. We have both part time or full time roles available.
About Chargrill Charlie's
When we opened our first store in 1989 on the golden shores of Coogee, we cooked food for our family, our friends and our community. Three decades later, that family has grown to 19 stores across Sydney and Melbourne.
Our Shift Supervisor's will be responsible for:
- Planning and managing shifts including opening and closing the store
- Managing the team and ensuring food quality and customer service standards are being met
- Meeting targets set by the Restaurant Manager
- Reporting on daily results and providing feedback on shifts
- Ensuring safety standards are maintained
Previous experience in a similar role will be required. We are looking for people to start immediately so please get in touch if you are interested.
Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
