• Oversee up to 20 single-storey farmhouse builds in Gin Gin

- Manage residential construction from site start through to completion
- Coordinate trades, suppliers and subcontractors
- Monitor construction timelines, quality and site safety
- Liaise with clients, trades and internal teams
- Ensure projects remain on schedule and delivered to a high standard

About You

• Experience supervising residential builds with a project or custom home builder, ideally with farmhouse experience

- Highly organised,



with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple sites effectively
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to identify and resolve issues
- Robust understanding of residential construction regulations, WHS requirements and quality control processes
