Skilled Civil Operators Wanted!

Location: Bloomsbury to Proserpine Highway Upgrade

Roster: Monday to Friday, 11 hr days only

About Our Client:

Our Client is a Queensland-based civil construction company delivering a range of civil infrastructure, earthworks and construction projects. They are committed to maintaining high standards of safety, quality and workmanship while providing reliable services across the civil construction industry.

What You Will Be Doing:

- Operating a roller to compact road base, gravel and other materials to project specifications.

- Completing compaction works across road formation, pavement layers and shoulders.

- Working alongside graders, water carts and other civil crews to support road construction.

- Assisting with general civil construction duties and operating other machinery where qualified.

- Maintaining safe work practices and ensuring quality compaction across the project.

What You Will Need:

As a team-oriented team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, you will bring:

- Current Roller RII, with additional machinery tickets (excavator, skid steer, grader) and experience highly regarded.

- Valid Driver’s Licence, with MR or HR licence highly regarded.

- Current White Card (essential).

- Ability to pass regular Drug & Alcohol screening.

- Full working rights in Australia.

- A strong commitment to safety, teamwork and achieving quality results.





- A reliable work ethic, professional attitude and willingness to support the wider civil crew.
