MO&CO; Landscapes is a landscape design, construction and maintenance company based in Brisbane, delivering high quality projects across South-East Queensland. We’re a small team with a big vision, and we’re growing.
Our values are simple: Excellence. Communication. Passion. Pride.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Skilled Landscaper to join our construction crew full time. You’ll be the person on the ground making things happen, working in a small crew and reporting directly to the director.
This role is for someone who takes ownership, leads by example and wants a genuine career in landscaping. The work is physical and the standards are high. We don’t take shortcuts and we expect our crew to take pride in every finish.
For the right person there’s a transparent path into Leading Hand and Landscape Foreman roles as the business grows.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Reading 2D concept plans and setting out on site
- Large plant-outs, garden bed construction and turfing
- Paving, fencing and decking as part of broader projects
- Supporting the Landscape Foreman to keep projects on track
- Operating machinery where you hold the tickets
- Keeping sites safe, clean and organised
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of landscape construction experience across softscape and hardscape
- Confidence reading landscape plans and specifications
- Reliable, punctual and safety focused
- Strong communication with your crew, clients and management
- Pride in the quality of your work
Mandatory Requirements
- 3 years of landscape construction experience
- Valid White Card
- Current Australian driver’s licence
Please only apply if you meet these requirements. A Cert III or IV in Landscape Construction, MR licence or plant tickets are highly regarded.
What’s In It For You
- $85,000 to $95,000 super, negotiable on experience
- A clear progression path: Skilled Landscaper to Leading Hand to Landscape Foreman
- Stable, year-round work with a strong pipeline of high end projects
- Monday to Friday with predictable hours (overtime available when needed)
- Regular team events and direct access to the directors
