Love creating content?

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes social media.

Leaf Doctors is searching for a creative, outgoing and motivated Social Media & Content Creator to join our growing team. Working from our brand-new, fully renovated office in the heart of Newtown, you'll be creating exciting and engaging content for a diverse portfolio of Australian healthcare businesses.

Our group operates across telehealth, medicinal cannabis-related healthcare, pharmacy and dispensary services, weight management, smoking cessation and other emerging healthcare sectors.

We're looking for someone who can take these different businesses and make them stand out online.

Whether you're jumping on the latest TikTok trend, filming a day in the life at one of our locations, interviewing a doctor or developing an entirely new content series, you'll have plenty of opportunities to get creative.

We're after someone with personality, fresh ideas and the confidence to bring them to life — both on camera and behind it.

Your day-to-day

This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in everything from brainstorming ideas to publishing the finished content.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Creating engaging videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube

- Appearing on camera to present content, interview team members and showcase our brands

- Planning, filming and creating short-form videos

- Developing creative concepts, trending content and new video series

- Visiting our clinics, pharmacies and other business locations to capture content

- Managing social media accounts, content calendars and publishing schedules

- Writing engaging captions, scripts and social media copy

- Collaborating with doctors, pharmacists and other team members to create educational and entertaining content

- Monitoring engagement, audience growth and content performance to identify recent opportunities

- Supporting the launch and social media growth of new businesses within our group

What makes you a great fit?

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys creating content and understands what audiences want to see.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- A confident on-camera presence — you're comfortable talking to an audience and being part of the content

- Strong creative instincts — you know how to turn an idea into a video people want to watch

- Social media knowledge — you understand current trends, platform algorithms and how to drive engagement

- Video production skills — you can film and edit content independently using a phone or camera

- A growth mindset — you're interested in what performs well and how to continuously improve results

- Great communication skills — you're comfortable working with different personalities and teams

- Organisation and initiative — you can manage multiple projects, brands and deadlines

- Previous experience creating content for a business, agency or your own successful social media accounts would be highly regarded

Why join Leaf Doctors?

- A workspace you'll actually enjoy coming to with a fresh, contemporary environment

- Something different every day with multiple businesses across healthcare, pharmacy and wellness offering a wide variety of content opportunities and creative projects

- Your ideas matter — we encourage creativity, experimentation and initiative

- Be part of something growing with opportunities to develop professionally alongside the business

Show us what you've got!

Forget the generic cover letter. We'd much rather see what you can create.

When applying, please include:

- Your resume and a brief introduction.

- Links to your TikTok, Instagram or other social media work.

- Examples of videos you've filmed and edited.

- Examples of you appearing on camera.

- Any social media accounts you've helped grow, including results where available.

If you're the person who's always thinking of the next Reel, spotting trends before everyone else and finding creative ways to make everyday things interesting, we want to hear from you.
