We’re looking for a Marketing Intern to join the TONIC team and support both marketing operations and social media/content. This role is for someone who wants real experience, not just observation. You’ll be involved in day-to-day marketing, content creation, and campaign support with guidance, structure, and room to grow. If you’re curious, organised, and creative we’d love to hear from you.

What You'll Help With

? Marketing Operations

- Supporting campaigns, launches, and content schedules
- Helping keep marketing tasks organised and moving
- Assisting with briefs, timelines, and approvals
- Supporting B2C B2B marketing activities
- Learning how a real marketing team actually operates

? Social Media & Content

- Helping develop social & Reel ideas (on-brand, not random trends)
- Creating simple short-form content (Reels, Stories, UGC-style videos)
- Researching content ideas, trends, and similar brands
- Supporting content planning and organisation
- Turning ideas into content we can actually use
