A lot of electricians have worked for companies that only care about volume. Average pay, poor support, installs you’re not proud of, and constant pressure to cut corners. We’re not looking for everyone. We’re looking for a particular type of person.

You’ll lead solar PV and battery installations on homes across Adelaide (and the occasional commercial job), service and troubleshoot existing systems, and make sure the work is done safely, cleanly, and to a high standard. You’ll work with inverters, batteries, and monitoring systems, and you’ll help train apprentices or trade assistants as we grow.

What we’re looking for

- Fully licensed electrician with solid experience in solar and/or batteries

- SAA accreditation

- Someone who is conscientious, works well with others, and doesn’t cut corners

- Takes pride in the work they leave behind

- Happy to learn new technology as it comes up

If you have a reliable trade assistant who pulls their weight,

we’re open to taking on pairs.

What we offer

- Base salary $120k–$130k depending on experience

- Fully maintained company van and fuel card

- Tools and uniform supplied

- Proper super contributions

- Prospect to move into leading roles as the company grows

- Training on the systems we install

We’re a small Adelaide team. No micromanaging and limited paperwork, but we do expect the work to be done properly. If that’s not how you operate, this won’t be a good fit.

If you’re an experienced tradie who wants to do quality work with a company that pays reasonably and stays out of your way, apply via Seek.
