At Off The Grid Energy, our internal team books qualified solar and battery appointments directly into your calendar.

We’re recruiting consultants for Melbourne’s east and south-east, plus regional and interstate campaigns.

Your role is to build trust, understand the customer’s needs, present the right solution and close the sale.

Solar experience is an advantage, but it isn’t essential. Sales ability, work ethic and coachability matter more.

Two Opportunities. One Supported Sales Team.

Melbourne’s East & South-East

We’re looking for consultants based around Melbourne’s east and south-east.

Attend pre-booked consultations with the training, systems and support to focus on selling.

Keilor Park is only required for your initial training. Your ongoing role is out meeting customers in your appointment territory.

Regional & Interstate | Two Weeks On, Two Weeks Off

Our regional team works a two-weeks-on, two-weeks-off roster, attending pre-booked appointments in targeted campaign areas.

For regional and interstate campaigns:

- Car hire, flights and accommodation covered

- Pre-booked appointments

- Higher commission opportunities

You cover your food and fuel. We cover car hire, flights and accommodation.

Suitable applicants may join the regional team straight after completing training.

This opportunity suits reliable, independent consultants who enjoy travelling, can spend two weeks away from home and want to make the most of a focused sales campaign.

What You’ll Get

- Pre-booked appointments: Spend your time meeting customers and closing deals.

- Uncapped commissions: Performance-based earning potential of $135K–$200K ,



with higher commission opportunities on regional campaigns.

- Training and support: Full solar and battery training, ongoing sales coaching, dedicated admin and CRM support, and a proven sales process.

This is a commission-only contractor opportunity with uncapped earnings. The advertised $135K–$200K represents earning potential, not a guaranteed salary.

Who We’re Looking For

You should be:

- Confident speaking with customers face-to-face and asking for the sale

- Competitive, motivated and accountable for your results

- Coachable and willing to follow a proven process

- Reliable and organised enough to manage a busy appointment calendar

- Committed to improving your sales ability and income

You’ll need a current Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle for local appointments. Regional applicants must be available for the two-weeks-on, two-weeks-off travel roster.

Previous experience in solar, home improvement, automotive, real estate, finance, telecommunications or other sales environments is highly regarded.

We can teach you the products. You bring the drive.
