We are currently seeking a full-time Supply Chain Analyst/Logistics Analyst to join our on-site project team in Western Australia who would be involved in analysing product delivery or supply chain processes to identify or recommend changes. May manage route activities including invoicing, electronic bills and shipment tracing.
Key Responsibilities
Tasks Include
- Assisting and encouraging the development of objectives, strategies and plans aimed at achieving optimal customer experience and satisfaction and the effective use of organisations' resources and capabilities
- Identifying business and organisational gaps and opportunities through application of continuous improvement and change methodologies
- Analysing and evaluating current systems, capabilities and structures
- Advising clients on recommendations based on analysis of current-state gaps to provide solutions to organisational problems
- Preparing and recommending proposals to revise methods and procedures, alter work flows, redefine job functions and support organisational innovation and improvements
- Assisting in implementing approved recommendations
- Providing coaching and mentoring to individuals and teams to build specific capabilities
Requirements
- Relevant Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma plus 1 year of relevant experience. Alternatively, at least 3 years of relevant experience can substitute for the formal qualification.
- Ability to interpret and produce engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, authorities, and internal teams.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work under project timelines and site-based conditions.
- Commitment to workplace health and safety and quality assurance practices.
- Willingness to work in office in West Australia and travel to project locations as required.
