Sage Support Coordination is based in Torquay on the Surf Coast.

Support Coordinators with Sage are provided with a mobile phone and laptop to enable them to be able to work effectively from the office, home, or with a participant in the community.

We are looking for someone who meets the below requirements.

- an outstanding commitment to people,

- sound knowledge of the NDIS,

- previous experience as a Support Coordinator, min 1 year experience

- Experience in SIL or Mental Health Highly regarded
- efficient computer skills
- enjoys working in a fast-paced setting.

- .8 considered for the role to full time.
