About the role

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Front of the Shop team member to join our dynamic crew at Evive Chicken Carvary in the beautiful Palm Beach, Queensland. As a casual Front of the Shop staff member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation at our busy chicken shop.

What you'll be doing

- Greeting and welcoming customers in a warm and friendly manner
- Taking orders, processing payments, and handling cash transactions
- Preparing and packing customer orders with care and attention to detail
- Restocking and maintaining the shop's front-of-house area to ensure it is clean, tidy, and well-presented
- Assisting with general tasks and duties as required to support the smooth running of the business

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- A friendly, positive, and professional attitude, with a willingness to go the extra mile for our customers
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and to follow instructions and procedures
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment




- Weekend Availability must with rotating rosters.
