RAC Insurance Pty Limited in Joondalup is seeking a proactive Member Solutions Consultant for our Contact Centre. You will be the first point of contact for around 50–60 RAC members daily, delivering supportive, high-quality conversations and tailored solutions.
This full-time role includes comprehensive training, ongoing development, and a shift pattern from Monday to Friday 6am–10:30pm and weekends 8am–6pm. You’ll join a team-oriented team committed to member care and regulatory compliance.
