Outlook Australia is a not-for-profit organisation supporting people with disabilities to participate fully in community life. We seek an experienced After Hours Rostering Officer to maintain service continuity from Friday afternoon to Monday morning, handling urgent staff sickness, cancellations and roster gaps with competency in AlayaCare.

You will work remotely with occasional onsite onboarding and training, attending Monday handovers and midweek meetings.
