Alpha Home Health and Hospice in Newcastle-Maitland is seeking a Dialysis Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to patients with acute and chronic kidney conditions in a rural critical access setting.
You will perform dialysis treatments, assess and monitor patient health, coordinate care with nephrologists and a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and maintain safety, documentation and infection control standards in daily practice.
