Lead Dentist at a well-established practice in the Bunbury region.
You'll be given real influence, working collaboratively with an experienced practice management team to shape clinical standards, mentor colleagues and contribute to the strategic direction of the practice. Location
The role is based around Bunbury, in Western Australia's South West, roughly two hours from Perth. The region offers a relaxed, community-focused lifestyle with beaches, a growing food and wine scene and good connectivity back to the city.

About You
You are an experienced general dentist with demonstrated leadership within a dental practice and a genuine passion for mentoring and developing other clinicians. You bring strong communication and relationship-building skills and sound business acumen.
Previous experience leading teams or managing a multi-dentist practice will be highly regarded, along with a commitment to ethical, patient-centred dentistry and continuous clinical improvement.
